2.- Directly in our call center
3.- Directly in our form of announcements in social networks or through Messenger
This Comprehensive Privacy Notice is made available to the Holder prior to obtaining their Personal Data, in strict adherence to the principles of information, legality, consent, quality, purpose, loyalty, proportionality and responsibility contemplated in the Law.
2. WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE GET?
To fulfill the purposes described in this Comprehensive Privacy Notice, the Responsible Party will collect and process your following data:

Olimpoust will not collect or process sensitive personal data. In the event that you contact us through social networks, we may collect data from your public social network profile to respond to your requests and/or requests for information in relation to the products we offer.

4. HOW CAN YOU EXERCISE YOUR ARCo RIGHTS?
At any time, you or your duly accredited legal representative may exercise any of the rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation or Opposition (hereinafter "ARCO Rights"), as well as Revoke your consent for the processing of your personal data.
To exercise your rights mentioned above, you must send your request to our Information Privacy department at the email address hola@olimpoust.com
In the email you must specify if what you want is to exercise any of your ARCO rights or to revoke your consent and specify that your request is for the Olimpoust brand, once we receive your request, we will send you the Request for Customer Service form. the ARCO Requirements and its procedure, or, the format for Revocation of consent and its procedure, as the case may be.
The request for the exercise of the rights of the Holders must contain the following information: (i) Name of the holder, (ii) address and email address to notify him of the response to his request, (iii) a clear and precise description of the data with respect to which the corresponding right is sought, (iv) the object of the request, (v) any element that facilitates the location of the data, and a copy of its identification must be attached.
The deadline for responding to your request will be 20 business days from the day the request for access, rectification, cancellation and corresponding opposition was received. The answer will be communicated within the aforementioned period to the email address you provided in your request or by sending a letter to the address provided in it.
The Responsible Party may deny access to Personal Data or to make the rectification, cancellation or to grant the opposition to the treatment thereof, in the following cases:
When the applicant is not the Holder or the legal representation of the same is not duly accredited
When the Personal Data is not found in the Responsible Party's database
When the rights of a third party are violated
When there is a legal impediment or the resolution of a competent authority that restricts access to Personal Data or does not allow their rectification, cancellation or opposition, and
When the access, rectification, cancellation or opposition have been made

5. THE USE OF TECHNOLOGIES IN OUR INTERNET PORTAL
